Terms of Service

RemoteComet, operated by Dolaamen Group, LLC, is a recruiting and job-matching platform. The service is free for candidates. We list two kinds of roles: positions we represent under mandate from hiring companies (shown as "Confidential employer") and positions aggregated from hiring companies or partner job networks (shown with the company name).

Submitting an application to a confidential role authorizes RemoteComet to present your candidacy to the hiring company for that role. The employer's identity is disclosed to you no later than the interview stage. Applications to aggregated listings are routed to the relevant company or network. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

You confirm the information you submit is accurate and yours, that you are legally able to work in the roles you apply to, and that you will not scrape the site, post false information, or attempt to identify confidential employers to circumvent the platform.

We never charge candidates. Anyone requesting payment from you in RemoteComet's name is fraudulent; report it to [email protected].

The platform, brand, and listing content are ours or our licensors'. You may use the site for personal job seeking. Automated access, republication of listings, or use of candidate data for any purpose other than hiring is prohibited.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolaamen Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
