Customer Support

Client Success Specialist

Confidential employer · represented by RemoteComet

USD 1,400–1,900/monthfull timeWorldwideUS hours (ET overlap 6h+)

Premium clients paying for a multi-month professional service have one recurring fear: silence. Your job is to make silence impossible. You are the warm, precise voice that onboards new clients, answers the anxious Tuesday email, and turns "what's happening with my case?" into "I always know exactly where I stand."

What you'll actually do

  • Run onboarding calls that turn nervous new clients into confident ones
  • Own the shared inbox: every client email answered same-day, in plain English
  • Send proactive status updates before clients think to ask
  • Spot at-risk relationships early and loop in case managers with context
  • Turn recurring questions into help-center articles so the same question gets asked once

A typical week

Your mornings start with the inbox at zero from yesterday and a queue of overnight messages from US clients. Two onboarding calls before lunch, each ending with the client knowing the next three steps by heart. Afternoons are proactive updates and one save: a client who went quiet gets a call, not a template, and ends it thanking you.

What you bring

  • 2+ years in client-facing support for a premium or professional service
  • Native-level English (C1 badge required); warm on the phone, precise in writing
  • Calm under pressure and allergic to leaving people waiting
  • Experience with a CRM and shared-inbox tooling

Structure and pay

Full-time, fully remote, long-term. $1,400-1,900/month depending on experience, review at 90 days. US Eastern overlap of 6+ hours required. A second seat opens next quarter, early hires help shape the playbook.
